After a little more than 3 years out of competition, Miguel Toril resumed his sports career as a driver, and this new phase is marked by his debut in a specialty off the racetracks.

The IV Mar de Olivos TT Rally, of the Spanish All Terrain Rally Championship (CERTT) has been the event chosen for Miguel Toril's return to competition, after just over 3 years since he last drove in a race of GTs.

Aboard a Can Am Maverick X3 co-driven by his brother Alex, the Toril brothers completed the 337km of the test in 16th position overall and 6th in the T4 category, despite the time lost during the first special of the competition due to a mechanical break.

Miguel Toril:I felt like a rookie again and it's been fun. On the one hand, the simple fact of competing again has been in itself a first challenge to resume the rhythm of the races. On the other hand, being a new specialty for me, there are an innumerable number of details and new techniques that I would get used to; That is a challenge that appeals to me. On the sport side, I'm happy with the kms we've accumulated and what I've been able to learn”.
