Team BASTUCK makes the KIA cee'd GT/R debut but without being able to finish in the desired way.

The first participation of the brand KIA around mitic Nordschleife racetrack during the dispute of the VLN4 by the German Team BASTUCK finished of anticipated way due to an accident during the qualifying practice, when Miguel Toril was at the wheel.

In the words of Toril himself: "unfortunately my Q-practice was interrupted when a vehicle faster than me tried to overtake in a high speed corner and for which it was not possible to make the maneuver; as a result, both cars crashed against tire protection. Luckily on a personal level I do not have to regret any more damage than a minor injury in my left thumb. Although with the few kilometers accumulated between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, the team was able to take a first reference of what should be further developed in the car; I wished to complete the entire race to accumulate the maximum experience. I just have to thank Team BASTUCK once again for the opportunity to be part of their project with the KIA. Now I have to recover fast to be 100% again for the 24 hours of Spa”.
